GUIDELINES FOR USING THE STO. NIÑO HALL OF SNP FORMATION CENTER FOR NON-PARISH PROGRAM RELATED ACTIVITIES.
Guidelines
The Sto. Niño Hall of the Sto. Niño de Taguig Parish Formation Center can also be used by the parishioners and the members of the different ministries and organizations as venue for their personal/special occasions or non-parish related gatherings such as wedding/baptismal reception, birthday celebration, reunion, party, debut, corporate function, and any other events that are not part of the Sto. Niño de Taguig Parish programs and activities.
Activities / Events which are contrary or not in line with the teaching of the Catholic Church are not allowed.
USAGE
1. Priority is given to the formation and developmental activities of the Sto. Niño de Taguig Parish. Thus, the Sto. Niño Hall can only be used when there is no scheduled of parish activity.
2. The use of the venue will be on a "First Come, First Serve' basis.
3. It can be used from Tuesday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm. One (1) event per day will be accommodated.
4. The rental is only for the venue space with free use of 100 mono block chairs.REQUEST FOR USAGE
1. The Requesting Parishioner will follow the regular procedures.
2. The reservation of venue should be done one month or more to secure the availability of the place before the event.
3. A Request Form is available at the parish office, shall be accomplished in two (2) copies and submitted to the
4. Sto. Niño Parish Office Personnel with the following information:a. Date Filed
b. Name of the requesting parishioner, ministry/organization
c. Address and contact number of the Requesting parishioner, ministry/organization
d. Venue to be requested.
e. What kind of event
f. Expected number of guests
g. Date of the event
h. Duration of event (time of entry and exit)
i. Addition hours if necessary
j. Name and signature of requesting parishioner.
k. Date filed.
I. Recommending parish staff (attending personnel):- The attending parish staff will compute for the total rental fee.
- The Request Form shall be submitted to the Parish Priest for approval.
- The duly approved Request Form will be distributed as follows:
- Copy 1 - Requesting Parishioner
- Copy 2 - Parish Office
Rental Fee
1. The rental fee on 4th Floor is ₱8,000.00 pesos and 2nd Floor is ₱8,000.00 pesos for a maximum use of five (5) hours only including the ingress and egress (the entry and exit to the venue), set-up, preparation, waste disposal and other post event activities is included to the 5 hours duration of rental.
2. A non-refundable reservation fee of P2,000.00 pesos will be collected and considered as partial payment. For cancellation made by two weeks (14 days) before the intended use, the said amount can be applied to a re-scheduled date. However, if cancellation is made less than two weeks or (14days) the reservation fee will be forfeited.
3. A refundable security deposit amounting to P2,000.00 will be collected as a guarantee for any possible damage to property. This shall be receipted separately using an Official Receipt. Two weeks after the event, the security deposit will be refunded after validating that no damage, vandalism, or excess time has been incurred.
4. The approved duration of time is expected to be followed. However, the additional rate of ₱500.00 pesos per hour may be applied.
5. The use of the in-house sound system is optional with a corresponding fee of ₱1,000.00 pesos for the whole event.
6. An electrical fee of ₱1,500.00 pesos will be charged for all additional equipment's if you have (Like: Lights & Sound System set-up, Photo Booth set-up, Projector, Smoke Machine etc.). If the additional is Photo Booth only the 500 pesos will be charge.
7. Full payment must be done 1 week before the event. The total fees must be documented with Official Receipt, is required prior to the event.
8. In case of any power interruption, corresponding pro-rated adjustment will be refunded to the requesting parishioner.
ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:
1. Aircon units should not be turned on when setting up the decoration.
2. The aircon units is turned on atleast 1 hour before the events.
3. Sticking anything to the wall is strictly prohibited. Damage caused by sticking will be shouldered by the client/caterer.
4. Trash should not be left at the venue, please bring it with you and dispose it properly.
ACTUAL USAGE
1. At least 30 minutes prior to the intended use, the Requesting Parishioner shall present his copy of fully paid request form, to Guard on Duty to gain access to venue.
2. After using the venue, the Requesting Parishioner is requested to ensure that the area is clean. Garbage should be properly disposed, and chairs should be orderly stacked.
3. The Requesting Parishioner shall be accountable for any possible damage to the facility.
4. Upon leaving the room, the Requesting Parishioner shall inform the Guard on Duty who will inspect the room for any possible damage and vandalism for clearance purposes. The Guard on Duty will log the time of exit.
PROHIBITION
Smoking, Drinking's of beers/hard liquors is Strictly prohibited. Very loud sound systems are not allowed in the venue. Social drinking, or casual drinking in a social setting without an intent to get drunk, is allowed subject to certain limitations. The drink is limited to red/white wines and champagnes only. Beer and hard liquors are not allowed. More importantly, excessive drinking that may result in fights and unruly behavior is prohibited to maintain sanctity as well as the peace and order in the venue.
